SPAR has recently joined with the Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida to provide free technical assistance and confidential guidance to business owners and nonprofits in Springfield and the surrounding area. Certified Business Analysts Kevin Monahan and Paul Arrington are available to meet at the SPAR office on the second Tuesday of each month.
